WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Work with the purchasing department and Inventory Manager to get inventory in line
- Organize a dedicated spot for receiving parts
- Work with the Site Manager when parts come in to be able to schedule jobs accordingly
- Work with purchasing department on when parts are due for pickup and needed for restocking
- Work with technicians pulling parts for jobs, PMs and anything else they will need
- Travel to vendors on a need to basis to pick up parts
- Keep an accurate count of cores and returns in a timely manner
- Need to have light mechanical abilities for various tasks
- Check parts, send in packing slips, and put parts in dedicated places
- Deliver field service parts as requested
- Perform weekly filter, oil, and consumable inventory checks
- Scan and send in oil samples within 24 hours of PMs being completed
- Perform site admin duties such as: closing out work orders, completing monthly CID, and any other duties required by Site Manager
- Work with Site Manager to get site stock list of Sennebogen and CAT parts and maintain parts for accuracy
- Perform other related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
- Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Computer/electronic experience – Microsoft and GPS via cell phone
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Light mechanical skills needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to run a forklift/telehandler to unload parts
