WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Coordinate, assign, schedule, direct and perform routine services and repairs as needed
- Oversee technicians’ work quality and efficiency
- Manage a succesful preventative maintenance program
- Manage daily site activities
- Build a strong customer relationship
- Manage work orders and maintenance records
- Review monthly financials with appropriate team members
- Review oil sample results and manage follow ups
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
- 5+ years of heavy equipment experience
- Belief that safety is a ncessity, not an option
- Strong communications and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and ERP systems preferred
- Leadership mentality
- Awareness of always being a representation of the company
- Eager brand advocate
